The failures shops actually hit, and what each one usually means.
Rignos lists RP1210 vendors registered on that laptop. If yours is missing, the vendor driver is not installed (or was installed for a different Windows user). Install the adapter maker’s own software, confirm the adapter works in their tool, then restart Rignos.
The session summary flags readings outside physical range. That is usually a sensor or a module publishing something odd — not a decode error. Check the flagged parameter against the truck before you draw conclusions from the rest of the sheet.
Check the code’s source address. Codes from a body or chassis module use the manufacturer-specific range and mean something entirely different from the same number on the engine. Rignos keeps the source visible for this reason.
Recordings queue on disk and retry; being offline in the bay is normal and expected. If the queue does not clear on shop Wi-Fi, the usual cause is a revoked or replaced machine token — check Machines & tokens in the workspace, and reactivate the app if the machine was revoked.
