This page explains how buying Rignos works. It sits alongside our Terms of service, which govern your use of the product, and our Refund policy.
Rignos is sold as a yearly subscription, priced per machine and per plan. Some capabilities are sold as account tools or as plugins by engine family, so you pay for the engines and tools you actually use. Current plans and prices are on Pricing.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are billed yearly for the term. Any taxes, duties or bank charges that apply where you operate are yours unless we say otherwise in writing.
We invoice for the term. Where an online payment method is offered at checkout, payment is due before the licence is activated. For an invoiced term, the licence is activated when payment is received.
Rignos is delivered digitally. Once your order is paid, your plan and seats appear on your account, and you download and activate the software from there. Each seat is tied to one machine and shows its renewal date on your account page.
If you replace a machine, you can move its seat to the new machine from your account, subject to the limits shown there. That lets you retire a laptop without losing a seat, while keeping each seat on one machine at a time.
Terms are yearly. Renewing early extends your existing end date rather than resetting it. We tell account owners before a term ends. You can choose not to renew; when a term ends without renewal, access to the paid tools stops, and you may ask for an export of your data within a reasonable period.
We issue an invoice or receipt for each order to the account owner’s email.
Tools marked “in development” — today RIGNOS Tune and RIGNOS Flash — are not for sale until launch, and we do not charge for them before they are released. If we ever take a pre-payment for an unreleased tool and it is not delivered, that payment is refundable in full.
We may change plans or prices. A change does not affect a term you have already paid for; it applies when you next renew. Material changes are announced to account owners by email.
