Rignos for Windows

One installer for the laptop that goes to the truck. The workspace side is a website — nothing to install there.

The installer is not published yet. Shops in the trial get the build by email while we finish the public download. Write to rignos@vietdiesel.com and we will send it the same day.

What you need

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. An RP1210-compliant adapter — NEXIQ USB-Link is what we test on — with the vendor driver already installed. A Rignos account, because the app activates against it.

No .NET download step · no separate runtime

Does it need internet?

Only to activate once, and to upload. The recording itself runs offline: park the laptop next to the truck, record, and let it upload when the shop’s Wi-Fi is back in range.

After you install

  1. Sign in with your Rignos account

Email and password — the same ones you use on the website. The app registers itself as a machine and gets its own token. No 48-character code to copy across, and 2FA still applies if the account has it on.

  2. Pick the adapter

The app lists the RP1210 vendors installed on that laptop. Choose yours, choose the J1939 link, and it remembers.

  3. Record the first session

Key on, follow the on-screen script, and watch the live line at the bottom to confirm the bus is talking before you commit to a pull.
