Refund policy

Last updated 2 October 2026

The short version. Rignos is a digital subscription that activates on your account, so a started term is generally not refundable. But if it will not work because of a fault on our side, or we billed you wrongly, we put it right.

1. Your statutory rights come first

Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer or commercial law that applies to you. Where the law gives you a right we have not described here, that right still applies.

2. General rule

Because Rignos is delivered digitally and activates straight away, subscription fees already paid are generally not refundable once the term has started, except as set out below or as the law requires.

3. If it will not work

If Rignos cannot be made to work for your shop because of a fault on our side, and our support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, contact us. We will either fix it or refund the unused part of your current term.

4. Billing errors

Duplicate charges, charges after a term was cancelled, and amounts billed in error are refunded in full once confirmed.

5. Unreleased tools

If you ever pre-pay for a tool marked “in development” and it is not delivered, that payment is refunded in full — see Sales policy, section 8.

6. What is not refundable

We do not refund for a change of mind after a term has started and the software has activated, for problems caused by hardware or networks outside the software, or where a seat has been used for the term.

7. How to ask

Email rignos@vietdiesel.com from the account owner’s address within 14 days of the charge. Tell us the account, the invoice or order, and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
