Billing and plans

Rignos is sold per machine, per year. There is no monthly option — shops in this trade buy tools by the year, and pricing it that way keeps it simple.

Plans

Three plans, differing in how many machines and tech accounts you get, and whether white-label branding and expert reports are included. Current prices are on the pricing page.

How to pay

1. Ask for the plan you want from Plans & billing inside your workspace.
2. We send a PayPal invoice to the email on the account.
3. When it is paid, we activate the plan and your renewal date is set.

Renewing early

Renewing before the term is up adds a year to your existing end date, it does not reset it. You never lose days you have already paid for.

Upgrading

Ask for the higher plan the same way. One pending request at a time — pressing the button three times does not create three orders.

If a subscription lapses

• You keep your data. Nothing is deleted because an invoice is late.
• Machines already in the field are not switched off mid-job.
• What stops is adding machines and starting new work in the workspace.

Trials

The free trial runs on the Pro feature set with one exception: white-label branding, which is the paid line. No card is required to start, and nothing charges automatically when the trial ends.
