Expert session reports
An expert report is a written explanation of a session — findings in plain English,
drafted from that session’s own numbers. It is sold prepaid, per report, on top of the
subscription.
How it works
- Top up your report credit from Plans & billing. We invoice, you pay,
we post the credit.
- Open a session and press Request expert report. The cost is
$3 per report and comes off the balance at that moment.
- The draft is reviewed before anyone sees it. Nothing reaches you or your customer
unreviewed.
- Once released, it appears with the session and your customer can read it.
What keeps it honest
Two checks run before a draft can be released:
- Every number must exist in the source. A figure that is not in the session data
or in the shop’s own reference material fails the check and the draft is rejected.
- Length and structure limits, so a report answers the question instead of padding.
Where a repair suggestion appears, it must cite the reference it came from.
A rejected request is refunded to your balance. Nothing is charged for a draft you never
receive.
The measurements are not written by anyone. Power, torque,
codes and history are measured by the app and scored by the report builder. The written
layer only explains what the numbers already say — it cannot introduce a figure of
its own.
